How To Make Whole Baked Cauliflower Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 whole cauliflower
- 2 cups of cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut off the stem. Place the cauliflower head-side up in a baking dish.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour until smooth. Gradually whisk in the milk until well combined. Cook and stir until the mixture thickens.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and add half of the grated cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the cheese sauce over the cauliflower, making sure to cover it completely.

Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and the cheese is golden and bubbling.
