How To Make Whole Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 whole cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem, making sure the cauliflower sits flat.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet and brush the olive oil mixture all over the cauliflower, making sure to cover it evenly.

Bake the cauliflower for 60 minutes, or until it is tender and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
