How To Make Lime & Ginger Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 limes, zest and juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, combine the lime zest, lime juice, grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the lime and ginger mixture over them.

  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
