How To Make Lime & Ginger Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 limes, zest and juice
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, combine the lime zest, lime juice, grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper.

Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the lime and ginger mixture over them.

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
