How To Make Vegan Crepes

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Cooking spray or oil for greasing the pan
- Toppings of your choice (e.g., fresh fruit, vegan chocolate spread, nuts, etc.)
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until well combined and smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.

Pour 1/4 cup of the crepe batter onto the hot pan and immediately tilt the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter evenly.

Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes or until the edges start to brown. Flip the crepe and cook for another minute.

Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat the process with the remaining batter.
