  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped mint leaves, sliced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.

  2. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
