- 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine carrots, cilantro, and peanuts.
