  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine carrots, cilantro, and peanuts.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.

  3. Pour the dressing over the carrot mixture and toss to combine.
