Ingredients

  • 2 cups of thinly sliced Chinese cabbage
  • 1 cup of grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp of rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp of toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp of grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Chinese cabbage, grated carrot, and chopped cilantro.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to combine.

  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
