Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup syrup of choice (maple syrup, agave syrup, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well to ensure oats are coated evenly.

  3. Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and press it down gently using the back of a spoon or your hands.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  5. Allow the Syrup Crunchies to cool completely before breaking them into smaller pieces.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
