How To Make Sweet Pepper Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 oz of pasta
- 2 sweet bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- ½ tsp of dried oregano
- ½ tsp of dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, until they start to soften.

Sprinkle the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper over the peppers and stir to combine.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the pasta through.

Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
