Ingredients
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, diced chicken, crumbled bacon, blue cheese, diced avocado, green onions, and fresh parsley.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
