How To Make Stir-fried Greens with Fish Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb mixed greens (such as kale, chard, or bok choy), washed and chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the chopped greens to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until wilted.

In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper.

Pour the sauce over the greens and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until well coated.

Remove from heat and serve hot.
