Ingredients

  • 1 lb mixed greens (such as kale, chard, or bok choy), washed and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add the chopped greens to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until wilted.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper.

  5. Pour the sauce over the greens and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until well coated.

  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
