- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, rosemary, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Add the potato wedges and toss until well coated.
