Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cooked rice
  • 1 cup of grated cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, grated cheese, diced onion, and fresh spinach. Mix well.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Pour the egg mixture over the rice and vegetable mixture. Stir until everything is well-coated.

  5. Grease a pie dish or baking pan and transfer the mixture into it.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the torte is set and golden brown on top.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
