How To Make Spicy Vegetable Fajitas

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tortillas
- Optional toppings: guacamole, sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the bell peppers, onion, jalapeno pepper, and garlic to the skillet.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Sprinkle the spice mixture over the vegetables and stir well to coat.
