Ingredients

  • 2 cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a bowl, add the chickpeas, olive oil, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the chickpeas evenly.

  3. Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chickpeas are crispy and golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.

  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
