How To Make Spicy Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 2 cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, add the chickpeas, olive oil, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the chickpeas evenly.

Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chickpeas are crispy and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
