Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of baguette, toasted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, minced garlic, chopped basil, grated Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

  2. Spread the ricotta mixture onto a serving platter.

  3. Top with crushed tomatoes.

  4. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
