  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the red chicory leaves, sliced pears, toasted hazelnuts, and crumbled goat cheese.
