How To Make Red Chicory, Pear & Hazelnut Salad

- 2 heads of red chicory, leaves separated
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup of crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the red chicory leaves, sliced pears, toasted hazelnuts, and crumbled goat cheese.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
