How To Make Rhubarb, Pear & Hazelnut Crumbles

Ingredients
- 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 2 cups pear, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and diced
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the rhubarb, pear, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and chopped hazelnuts.

Add the diced butter to the dry ingredients and use your fingers to rub it into the mixture until crumbly.

Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the fruit.
