How To Make Tangy Chicory Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head of chicory
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup of sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Wash and dry the chicory leaves. Tear them into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.

Add the cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, red onions, and sliced almonds to the bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
