  • 1 small red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add the red cabbage and red onion to the skillet and sauté until they begin to soften, about 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in the balsamic vinegar and cranberries. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cabbage is tender but still has a slight crunch.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve hot as a side dish.
