How To Make Porridge Plus

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (any type)
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Fresh fruits, for topping (optional)
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine oats, milk, water, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir well.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low.

Simmer the porridge for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reaches your desired thickness.

Stir in raisins, chopped nuts, and sweetener (honey or maple syrup) until well combined.

Remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes.

Serve hot in bowls, topped with fresh fruits if desired.
