Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of diced ham
  • 1/4 cup of diced bell peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface. Cut out 4 circles using a cookie cutter or a round bowl as a guide.

  3. Press the puff pastry circles into greased tart pans or muffin tins.

  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Divide the shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham, and diced bell peppers evenly among the prepared puff pastry crusts.

  6. Pour the egg mixture over the fillings in each crust, filling them almost to the top.

  7. Place the quiches in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the eggs are set.

  8. Remove the quiches from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
