Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Stir in the Parmesan cheese.

Divide the bell peppers, black olives, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese evenly among the muffin cups.

Pour the egg mixture into each muffin cup, filling about 3/4 full. Sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and pepper on top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the quiches are set and golden brown on top.

Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
