Ingredients
- 1 bunch Swiss chard
- 2 kohlrabi bulbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Remove the stems from the Swiss chard and chop them into small pieces. Set aside.

Peel the kohlrabi bulbs and cut them into matchstick-sized pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the Swiss chard stems and kohlrabi to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, until slightly softened.

Pour in the vegetable broth and lemon juice. Cook for an additional 10 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
