How To Make Pappardelle with Sorrel Butter & Pine Nuts

Ingredients
- 8 oz pappardelle pasta
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cups fresh sorrel leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the pappardelle pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped sorrel leaves and sauté until wilted, about 2 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sorrel butter. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through.

Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Divide the pasta among serving plates and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts. Serve immediately.
