How To Make Halloumi Flatbreads

Ingredients
- 4 flatbread rounds
- 1 block of halloumi cheese, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

Preheat the grill or a grill pan.

Brush the flatbread rounds with olive oil on both sides.

Grill the flatbreads for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy and slightly charred.

In the meantime, grill the halloumi cheese slices for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Remove the flatbreads and halloumi from the grill.

Place the grilled halloumi slices on top of the flatbread rounds.

Sprinkle dried oregano over the halloumi.

Top with cherry tomatoes and fresh mint leaves.

Drizzle with lemon juice.

Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
