There’s no need to warm up the entire apartment to bake a batch of chocolatey cookies. Ingredients

  • 1 package of halloumi cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a bowl, toss the halloumi cheese slices with olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the seasoned halloumi slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  4. Cook for 5 minutes, then flip the halloumi slices and cook for another 5 minutes until golden and crispy.

  5. Serve the air fryer halloumi hot with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
