How To Make Grilled Mushrooms with Goat’s Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 pound of mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 ounces of goat’s cheese, crumbled
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Brush the mushroom caps with the garlic mixture.

Place the mushrooms on the grill, cap-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Flip the mushrooms and sprinkle the goat’s cheese over the top.

Close the grill and cook for another 4-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the mushrooms from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley.
