Ingredients

  • 1 pound of mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 ounces of goat’s cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

  4. Brush the mushroom caps with the garlic mixture.

  5. Place the mushrooms on the grill, cap-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes.

  6. Flip the mushrooms and sprinkle the goat’s cheese over the top.

  7. Close the grill and cook for another 4-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Remove the mushrooms from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
