How To Make Garden Vegetable & Goat’s Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup of chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of chopped red onion
- 4 ounces of goat’s cheese, crumbled
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the pre-made pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.

In a large skillet, sauté the spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, and red onion over medium heat until softened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly over the pie crust, then sprinkle the crumbled goat’s cheese on top.

Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and goat’s cheese, making sure it is evenly distributed.

Place the quiche in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
