Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Place the potato chunks into a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried rosemary, and paprika. Toss well to coat.

  4. Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.

  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
