How To Make Golden Roast Potatoes

- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Place the potato chunks into a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried rosemary, and paprika. Toss well to coat.

Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.

Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and serve hot.
