How To Make Sticky Toffee Fig Rolls
These sticky toffee fig rolls are a delicious sweet treat with a gooey toffee filling and a soft, flaky pastry.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 8 dried figs
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 8 equal rectangles.

In a small saucepan, combine the dried figs, brown sugar, butter, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens and the figs soften, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

Place a spoonful of the fig mixture onto one end of each puff pastry rectangle.

Roll up the pastry tightly, starting from the end with the fig filling.

Place the rolls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let them cool before serving.
