How To Make Crunchy Feta & Tomato Salad

- 4 cups of mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup sliced Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, red onions, Kalamata olives, and parsley.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
