  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 avocado, peeled and mashed
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and warm the taco shells according to package instructions.

  2. In a bowl, combine the mashed avocado, diced red onion, diced tomato, diced jalapeno, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
