  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into 1/2-inch thick slices.

  3. Place the potato slices in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.

  4. In a separate bowl, combine the salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Sprinkle this mixture over the potato slices and toss again to evenly coat.

  5. Arrange the seasoned potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the spuds are golden brown and crispy.

  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
