- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into 1/2-inch thick slices.

Place the potato slices in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.

In a separate bowl, combine the salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Sprinkle this mixture over the potato slices and toss again to evenly coat.

Arrange the seasoned potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
