How To Make Courgette, lemon & chilli tagliatelle recipe

Ingredients
- 300g tagliatelle pasta
- 2 medium courgettes, washed and thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, to garnish
Instructions

Cook the tagliatelle pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and chilli, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the sliced courgettes to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, until they start to soften.

Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss well to combine with the courgettes.

Add the lemon zest and juice to the pan, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss again to coat the pasta evenly.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
