How To Make Cook-from-frozen Squash Nut Roast

Ingredients
- 500g frozen squash, defrosted and drained
- 150g mixed nuts, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100g breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, mix together the defrosted squash, chopped nuts, onion, garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, soy sauce, olive oil, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.

Spoon the mixture into a greased loaf tin and smooth the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and firm to the touch.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
