  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup of pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup of corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.

  3. In a large bowl, mix together the corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.

  4. Stir in the pecans and chocolate chips.

  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.

  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the filling is set and golden brown.
