How To Make Cheesy Spinach Parcels

Ingredients
- 1 package of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 8 sheets of phyllo dough
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, combine the thawed spinach, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and brush with butter again. Repeat this process with two more sheets.

Cut the layered phyllo dough into four equal squares.

Place a spoonful of the spinach and cheese mixture in the center of each square.

Fold the dough over the filling to form a triangle shape.

Place the parcels on a baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the parcels are golden and crispy.
