Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and dried basil. Mix well.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  5. Serve hot with tortilla chips or bread slices.
