Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped artichokes, spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

  4. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.
