How To Make Cheese Bacon Asparagus Puffs Recipe

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 12 asparagus spears, trimmed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut it into 4 equal squares.

In the center of each square, place a spoonful of shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and 3 asparagus spears.

Season with salt and pepper.

Fold the corners of each square to the center, forming a pouch. Press the edges to seal.

Brush the tops of the puffs with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Place the puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
