How To Make Charred Greens with Salsa Rossa

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 bunch of Swiss chard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Wash and dry the kale and Swiss chard, then remove the tough stems.

Drizzle the olive oil over the greens and sprinkle with salt.

Place the greens on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until they are slightly charred and wilted.

Remove the greens from the grill and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, red onion, garlic, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.

Place the charred greens on a serving platter and spoon the salsa rossa over the top.
