How To Make Broccoli & Sage Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh sage, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the broccoli florets and cook for 5 minutes, or until they are bright green and slightly tender.

Stir in the chopped sage and red pepper flakes (if using) and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
