How To Make Tajarin Pasta with Sage Butter

Ingredients

  • 250g Tajarin pasta
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 10-12 fresh sage leaves
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Tajarin pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sage leaves and cook until crispy, about 2 minutes.

  3. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it evenly with the sage butter.

  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the pasta and toss again until the cheese is melted and evenly distributed.

  5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

  6. Serve hot and garnish with additional sage leaves, if desired.
