How To Make Baked Mücver (Courgette & Feta Bake)

Ingredients
- 3 courgettes, grated
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 eggs
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for greasing
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.

In a large bowl, mix together the grated courgettes, crumbled feta cheese, eggs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and dill.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Add the dry ingredients to the courgette mixture and stir until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the mücver is cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
