How To Make Baked Almond, Banana & Blueberry Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g almonds
- 100g butter, melted
- 250g cream cheese
- 100g sugar
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 100g blueberries
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Crush the digestive biscuits and almonds in a food processor.

Add melted butter to the crushed mixture and mix well. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until creamy.

Add mashed bananas, blueberries, eggs, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined.

Pour the batter over the biscuit base in the baking dish.

Bake for 45 minutes or until the cheesecake is set and slightly golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
