How To Make Asparagus & Cheese Tart

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as Gruyere or cheddar)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a baking sheet.

Place the trimmed asparagus on top of the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.

Brush the asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the asparagus.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
