Ingredients

  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay out a tortilla wrap on a clean surface.

  2. Spread a thin layer of hummus and tzatziki sauce on the tortilla.

  3. Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onions, black olives, and feta cheese.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

  6. Repeat with the remaining tortilla wraps and ingredients.

  7. Slice the wraps in half and serve.
