How To Make Veggie Olive Wraps with Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 4 large whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup of mixed salad greens
- 1 cup of sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup of sliced red onions
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the mustard vinaigrette.

Lay out the whole wheat wraps on a clean surface.

Divide the mixed salad greens, sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, sliced black olives, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced red onions evenly among the wraps.
