How To Make Vegan Truffles
Turning vegan may look challenging for some, especially for those who can’t turn their eyes away from meat. But they just haven’t found these sumptuous vegan recipes that even non-vegans will surely enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup of dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup of almond butter
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup of shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

In a food processor, blend the dates until they form a sticky paste.

Add the almond butter, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor. Blend until well combined.

Scoop the mixture and roll into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Once firm, remove from the refrigerator and enjoy!
